Starting Monday we are running the 7-Day Standard Reset Challenge. Every Monday this month a new seven day challenge drops. Each one is built around one of the five pillars- your body, your identity, your business, your relationships, and your daily standard. This is not a fitness challenge. This is not a motivation exercise. This is a standard-setting exercise. Seven days. One practice per day. You show up, you do it, you post that you did it. That is it. Here is what I need from you this weekend. One - look at your schedule for next week and decide right now that you are committing to all seven days. Not six. Not five when you feel like it. Seven. Two - think about the one area of your life that is most out of alignment right now. That is your focus for this challenge.
