Hello everyone! 👋🏻 I’m so happy to be connected to bright minds like yours, and would be curious to know your view on personal development. More precisely an experience that lead you to grow immensely and that you look back on. Should we look towards infinite growth or let go and accept who we are? This question came from watching Justin Bieber who chose to show the world he still is the young 13 year old boy today. Anyway, I wish you all the greatest of week! 😃

Hi, two topics that focus my eyes on your post 1. KaiZen - as a trainer was using this many times in random situation example in ITIL, and very similar with famous - "don't boil the ocean" ... personally i'm a big fan of KaiZen in professional live an private as well (my garden is created by "baby steps" by my hand, no by "garden company" 2. Florian is a name which means to me a lot in my private life and additionally is very seldom in Poland , 3. Florian my godfather was a briliant man with smile on his face to end of his life he teach me that "if you don't know something , always you can learn" 4. so answering you question - infinitive learning and growing....

@Florian Vereecken Hmm, tough question, as I'm not a young boy anymore (that's pity) i will not share opinion as opinion everyone can have their own , but will share fact from my life, so answer will be not nice but honest: - trauma and - faith so both are strong emotions, they can motivate you, and for me there is nothing in between, if i was in between it was "nothing box" . Of course both motivated me in different way. It’s just my personal perspective.
