We just shipped a dedicated Outbound page for those of you doing cold outreach every day. If your role is set to Setter or Outbound Closer, you'll see a new "Outbound" tab in your navigation. If you don't see it, check your role in Settings > Profile. What it does: The Outbound page gives you a single view of all your outbound activity — dials, pick ups, connects, and bookings — with the conversion rates that matter: Pick Up Rate, Connect Rate, and Put Through Rate. Everything updates in real time as you log activity. Key highlights: - Unified metric cards — Each card shows your count and conversion rate side by side, so you can see both volume and efficiency at a glance - Flexible time periods — View by Today, Weekly, Monthly, or set a Custom date range. Your selection is remembered when you come back - Trends chart + data table — Toggle between a visual chart and a detailed daily breakdown table without scrolling - Custom activity types — Track things beyond the core 4 (emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.). Add and manage your own types from the page - Activity feed — See your recent logs, edit quantities, or delete entries right inline - Log activity in seconds — Hit "Log Activity" to record dials, pick ups, or any custom type.
