August 16th Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “And we will also use this thought to keep us safe throughout the day.” I love the simplicity of this. What if the thoughts we consciously choose can become an anchor we return to throughout our day? When uncertainty arises, we can pause. When judgment appears, we can pause. When fear begins to take over, we can pause. And gently return to the thought we have chosen. We don’t have to get it perfect. We simply have to remember. What thought would you choose today as your anchor, a thought that brings you back to peace, trust, and love? Carry it with you. Return to it as often as you need. Sometimes coming back to one peaceful thought is enough to change the direction of an entire day. Open for discussion.

All is well!
August 17th Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “We look neither ahead nor backwards.” What if peace becomes easier when we stop trying to live in the past or control the future? The past can pull us into regret, memories, and old stories. The future can pull us into worry, anticipation, and imagined outcomes. But this moment is where our life is actually happening. Today, instead of looking backwards at what was or ahead at what might be, pause. Take a breath. Feel where you are. And ask yourself: “What is here for me right now?” Perhaps we don’t need to know what comes next. Perhaps we don’t need to rewrite what has already happened. Perhaps, for this moment, we can simply be here. Neither ahead. Neither behind. Just here. Open for discussion.🥰

This very moment is all we're promised. The past is the past. The future is not ours to see. Just now.
August 14, Morning Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “It does not matter if another thinks your gifts unworthy.” How often do we allow someone else’s opinion to make us question what we bring to the world? We may begin to doubt our abilities, our kindness, our ideas, our creativity, or even the purpose we feel called toward. But someone else’s inability to recognize your gift does not make the gift less valuable. Your worth isn’t determined by another person’s perception of you. Perhaps today is an invitation to stop asking: “Do they see my value?” And instead ask: “Do I recognize the value of what I have to give?” Your gifts don’t need everyone’s approval. They simply need your willingness to share them. Open for discussion.

This one hit me....
August 7th Morning Reflection ☀️
Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “We have said that without projection there can be no anger, but it is also true that without extension there can be no love.” This made me pause. It truly did!! 🤔 What we project outward can create separation, blame, and anger. But what we extend outward like kindness, compassion, understanding, forgiveness, love, this can create connection. Perhaps we are always extending something. 🤔 The question is: (I love this question). What am I choosing to extend today? Fear or love? 🤔🤔🤔 Judgment or understanding? 🤔🤔🤔 Separation or connection? 🤔🤔🤔 Love doesn’t become less when we give it away. It expands. 🤯 This was growth for me!! And perhaps that is the miracle. 💫 Open for discussion.

August 8th Morning Reflection
Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “By not seeing you as you are, it can see itself as it wants to be.” This one again makes me pause. How often do we see another person through our own expectations, fears, stories, or judgments rather than allowing ourselves to truly see them? And how often do we do the same thing to ourselves? When I create an image of who someone should be, I am no longer meeting the person who is actually standing before me. Perhaps true understanding begins with letting go of the image. Not deciding who someone is. Not deciding who I am. Just becoming willing to see more clearly. What might become possible if today we allowed ourselves and others to be seen as we truly are? Open for discussion.
