@Joann Caudle you can do it. Keeping it simple is key. Dial in what you really, really enjoy doing and it will never become a grind. It took my first 10 years to really understand this. There are so many ways to do deals and so many different niches to focus on. Do what you love and let everyone else have the rest. Let me know if I can help.
