A consistent bedtime is definitely one of the hardest, but the most important in my opinion. Think of it this way - getting good sleep makes all of the other habits easier (and not getting good sleep makes them harder 🫩) so for me it's the top priority.

Morning sunlight has been killing it for me. My routine is a 10 minute walk with my dog right after I wake up. Would not have expected this kind of impact, but seeing it makes it so much easier to just get it done every morning (or at least almost every morning). Also, practicing piano is a bit of a shocker. I'm super surprised by the energy correlation.

Yo @Timothy Bray! Any cool habits you've been trying out lately? My recent Grooves addition has been running & lifting 3x / week. I've done both for 5+ years, but I've never actually known the impacts both actions have on my mood, outlook, etc. I do know that I feel antsy when I go a day or two without any movement. Excited to see what I find out!
