I'm up at 5am. Years ago I got tired of being woken up by my kids, so my alarm kept getting set earlier. Now, I use the time to read the Bible and pray. I've been on a one year plan for the past three years with my wife. I love it. When my alarm goes off, the thought of having my quiet time, reading my Bible, and experiencing the quiet world, makes me kind of spring out of bed. My problem is more maintaining that drive and momentum throughout the day. Usually around noon it starts to wear a bit thin and I struggle to motivate myself to do the things I need to do.
