Hi im Kevin Hadley I've watched some of you guys podcasts and probably missed some meetings for that I apologize. Im in Senatobia Mississippi retired disability. I have 1 single family rental, im Looking to possibly owner finance with the tenants living there they love the place so im working on that. I'm really wanting to get into multi family apartments but my problem is that my finances are low. I know it costs to get into the plans that are out there. Im a veteran 67 years young and I need some help getting going. I bought my rental owner finance $0 down first 2 months no payments refinanced after 2 years. I had my own business doing plumbing electrical and heating and air conditioning for almost 40 years. I worked on everyone else's properties rentals.
