📅 How’s the new scheduling system been for you?
Hey fam! Quick question for all our 12:48 parents! We recently rolled out self-scheduling through Acuity to make booking sessions easier and more flexible for your family’s schedule. 👀 Curious to hear your honest feedback: - Has it been smooth so far? - Anything confusing or frustrating? - Any features you wish it had? - What features do you really like? We want to make this experience as seamless as possible for you and your athlete 💪 Drop a comment and let us know what’s working — and what we can improve! 🙏 Appreciate you all as we continue to grow and serve your young athletes better.

Easy from my perspective !
Summer schedules: balancing work & fun
Parents: how do you help your athlete balance work and fun over the summer? We value hard work and celebration. Kids will one day be adults. (And adulting is hard!) We have no delusions Evalyn will be in the WNBA or anything, but we do want to encourage her to stay active and grow in confidence/competency as she enters her senior season. Love to hear how you encourage balance!
Last night’s game was insane 😳🔥
Tyrese Haliburton hit a game winner in the NBA Finals against the Thunder and the energy was unreal. That kind of moment is what every athlete dreams of! 🏀 It had me thinking... What’s the most exciting moment your young athlete has had so far? Maybe it was a buzzer beater, a tournament win, or even a breakthrough at practice! 🏆 I’d love to hear your favorite memory and celebrate it with you. Drop it below!👇

Let’s go Pacers! I grew up in Indiana in the Reggie Miller days. I’m so thrilled to see this team and how well they play together. Nothing is more special than a team culture that overflows from the locker room onto the court. Favorite recent memory is actually playing on the Pacers court this season. Evalyn played well despite a 5 hour drive and they won the tournament!

Hey 12:48 Training Fam! 🏀💪
Basketball is all about growth, both on and off the court. One thing I always tell my athletes is that progress isn’t just about skill—it's about mindset too. 🧠 Encouraging your athlete to stay focused, embrace the grind, and celebrate the small wins can make all the difference in their development. 🌱 That mental toughness? It’s what sets the great players apart from the good ones. What’s one thing you've seen your athlete improve on in their game that you’re most proud of? Or maybe a mindset shift you’ve noticed that’s made a difference? Drop your thoughts in the comments below! 👇 Let’s keep inspiring each other! 🙌

@Amanda Knittel spot on! That’s so tough, especially in our culture and climate. Teaching that mental model is huge, takes patience and persistence on our part. I coached Evalyn’s team for several seasons. I would teach them the “goldfish” lesson. A goldfish holds on to things like 8 seconds then forgets. So, I would have to tell a girl as she ran by after a mistake, “goldfish.” Got some laughs, and a needed reset!
Today's Trainings😆
We have a full slate today! Starting at 3:30 with Harleigh ( @Amanda Knittel ) Elsie at 4:30 ( @Jesse Goodfellow ) And the dynamic duo of Katie and Elena at 5:30 ( @Carla Wiese @Monica Jung ) Let's get better today!!! Question for the group... What areas have you seen the most growth in your athlete since joining 12:48 Training? Comment below!👇

Left hand 100%! And the “want to” factor. Appreciate how much E wants to work more on her game!
