Challenge #1: Speak Up Once 👇
This week’s challenge is simple: Speak up once when you might normally stay quiet. It doesn’t have to be dramatic. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be intentional. Maybe that looks like: - sharing your perspective in the room - asking the question - giving the feedback - clarifying what matters - saying the thing you’ve been holding back The goal is not perfection. The goal is practice. If you’re in, comment: I’m in. When you do, come back and tell us how it went. That’s how we grow. That’s how we lead out loud.

Man this is big! The thing about this is that it gets easier, the more that you do it.
Chat Post 3: Why Saying More Is Making You Less Clear
Most leaders think that more words create more clarity. They don’t. They create more noise. Inside the Lead Out Loud Collective, we break down this simple formula so you can: - Turn vague ideas into clear direction - Communicate so your team actually understands you - Lead in a way that doesn’t need 1,000 words to land Leadership and clarity aren’t complicated when you have the right framework and support. If you’re ready to upgrade your leadership clarity and grow into the leader you were meant to be, come join us inside the Lead Out Loud Collective. You'll also get free access to the 2-Minute Leadership Series, where you'll learn leadership concepts in two minutes or less. What’s one area of your leadership you wish felt clearer right now? That's a tough one. Open communication gives clarity on leadership. So if something is not clear, then communication needs to improve. What are your thoughts?
Chat Post 2: Welcome to the Lead Out Loud Collective
Hey Teammate, Most leaders don't struggle with knowledge. They struggle with being heard. This community was built for leaders who want to communicate with clarity, lead with confidence, and use their voices in ways people trust. Everything we do here is rooted in the L.E.A.D. Model: 🔷 L — Listen with Intent 🔷 E — Empower Through Communication 🔷 A — Adapt and Overcome 🔷 D — Decide and Deliver This isn't a highlight-reel space. This is where real growth happens. Glad you're here. — Antawn

My biggest challenge is prioritizing and staying on task. When working on healthcare, you are pulled in 100 different directions, but you still have to stay focused to complete your administrative tasks while still ensuring that you maintain high level patient care.
Chat Post 1: Start Here: Introduce Yourself 👇
I’ll go first. I’m Antawn Knight, a U.S. Air Force leader, leadership instructor with 2,000+ hours of teaching, and author of L.E.A.D. Out Loud. I built this community because I’ve spent years watching talented leaders go silent when it mattered most. I’ve also seen too many people with strong ideas go unnoticed because they didn’t yet understand the power of their voice. That ends here. Now your turn. Drop a quick intro below: — Your role or leadership stage — One communication challenge you want to improve — One area where you hope to grow as a leader No need to be polished. No need to be impressive. Just be real. That’s how this community works. Lead Out Loud Leaders understand that Authority ≠ Influence, and every voice has value. I’m looking forward to growing with all of you. Let’s hear from you. 👇
