I have having trouble with 8n8 anyone who is experienced with 8n8 I would love some help!

I am trying to learn 8n8 it is saying that "The service is receiving to many request from me" but I bought my membership to it and I cant seem to get by this issue along with that, the videos on it are hard to follow I have been in the same 5min video for the past day 😂😂
