@Gina F i completely agree with your comment and I’ll add two things to it: This may be a no brainer but Transparency/honesty - your members will see right through you if your not authentic. Leave the salesmanship at the door - offer paid classes or service in the classroom but never try to sell any of it. For us, I include my wife in this, The Awakening Soul is an extension of our business we started in 2018. So it’s easy to model the same relationships we’ve built there, here in our community. When it’s your passion to help/guide/assist others on their path, everything flows right into place.

We have a national crystal wholesale warehouse close by that I go to, to buy a “few” things for our clients to purchase when they visit. Well, I end up buying more for the house than for the shop.
