Progress so far… Transferred my emergency fund to chip ISA, waiting on that to complete. Opened AJ Bell SIPP - started it with Ā£1k with a Pension Builder Fund, hope to carry on with around Ā£100 per month. Opened AJ Bell LISA - Ā£100 not invested yet, hope to carry on with same amount monthly. With both of these I will have a much better picture when my partner is back at work, might even be able to increase amounts. Opened a Business account with InvestEngine. Putting in about a 1/3 of my Tax money (still don’t feel confident putting all of it in). So far looking about 60-70% VAUG/VWRP Vanguard. 20% Gold, 10% CDH2 bonds. Still very unsure with this, what funds and what percentages, hope to continue learning and get a clearer idea.
Day 4 Tasks
- Find a way to have £25 to £100 free this month. - Look at one thing you can not buy this month - Think of one way you could make money this month - Brainstorm your Ikigai on post below: Things You Love Things Your'e good at What you could get paid for What. the world needs Replay https://www.skool.com/daddy-issues-7926/classroom/42503d04?md=8bc72154ec7e4767ab0d3ebba8d23c20

This is something I definitley need to sit with for a while and get everything down on paper. I love the diverse skills/training stunts have given us. Many of my loves from that and the physical skills. We have also spent so many years working towards that goal its hard to imagine using any of those same skills for something else that would be a lucrative as stunts is. Ive tried to think of side hussles for a while now, as you mentioned in the video its tricky in this industy not knowing when youll have and be free. Most of the things I have considered need full time commitment, which would end up being a career change rather than a side hussle.
Day 3 Tasks:
- Check you have a workplace pension - Open up several account in your bank (Tax, Saving, Current, Vat) - Find a High Interest Account for you emergency fund. I suggest Chip or Plum - Bonus: Open up an ISA and a SIPP (non UK: Pension pot and Tax Free Saving Account) I use Chip and Invest Engine. Invest Engine: https://investengine.com/referral-welcome/?utm_medium=share&utm_source=growsurf&grsf=92ix1b Chip: TBC Replay of Day 3: https://www.skool.com/daddy-issues-7926/classroom/42503d04?md=538ef005d55c4661b4801535bd76bcf8

@Douglas Robson 100%! When I say what’s left over I meant it in a sense of using the budgeting to work out a figure I can put in there from my dividends while still comfortably coving my bills. But you’re right!

@Douglas Robson Question regarding SIPP? I have used the link to open a business account with InvestEngine. Is there any benifits/cons to using one provider over another? So using InvestEngine instead of opening a SIPP account with AJ Bell? Or using one for a LISA and the other for a SIPP or visa versa?

I put about Ā£300 into bitcoin (the only spare cash I had at the time) about 5 years ago. I think I have about 0.03 of a bitcoin. No idea what’s going on! šŸ˜‚
