Hello, Do I need to freeze secondary bureaus before I cleanup my profile?

I sent off my first round of letters for personal cleanup and debt validation for the 4 collection accounts that’s on my credit last week. They were received yesterday 7/7. After today this morning, my biggest collection account was removed and deleted from Experian and TransUnion, it still shows on Equifax, but I’m thinking they just haven’t updated yet. I was not expecting any changes anytime soon especially with them just receiving the letters yesterday, but I’m not complaining at all and I’m looking forward to continuing the process. My son has a repo that’s in collection but has a current car in great standing under the same address. Is he removing that address or keeping it on his credit report? Yes, that’s his current address.

Do I need to remove my employment?
