Standardize/Systematize Operational capabilities for the company. To get there : I am doubling/tripling down on 3 very important things for company culture: Kaizen + Fast Action + optimizing operations for production and quality. Here is a video that I found super useful. It might help other Inner Circle members too
Built some pretty cool AI stuff lately… 🚀
Not a pitch, just sharing. Been working on some fun AI projects for my clients and thought I’d show a few clips: - Slackbots that answer company questions instantly - Video analytics that track people & movement in real time - Knowledge graphs that make data super easy to navigate - Automation pipelines that save hours every single day All built here in Arizona, all up and running. Figured some of you might enjoy seeing what’s possible right now with AI

@Devin Butler Looking forward to it Devin. Had to miss last month's inner circle was neck deep in wrapping up this HIPAA compliance health care AI solution for a client. Would love to know what you have built do share it always open to learning new ways of doing things 😁. Speed and time to market for the win 🔥

@Tony P Sounds good Tony glad to network. I am on LinkedIn www.linkedin.com/in/whitchurch-muthumani . Believe me Tony, ZEIOS AI is just getting started. Once we get into Deep Learning with Robotics ROS2 driven automations mixed with Genetic Algorithms + PSO driven optimizations to work in the agents solution space is when I will rest. That is when ZEIOS AI lives up to its full potential as a serious real hardcore AI company. Digital automations and chatbots and all this workflow stuff is just rung 1 of a much bigger ladder.

I recently came to a simple but powerful realization(move of the mind): my business lives entirely in the digital domain non-physical, borderless, and not tied to any one location. For a while, I was unconsciously applying traditional brick-and-mortar business logic—trying local networking events, chasing regional clients, thinking in terms of physical proximity. But that model didn’t fit the kind of work I do or the product I offer. Once I fully embraced the nature of my business, everything shifted. I stopped limiting my focus to local customers and started thinking globally. That one mental pivot reshaped my strategy, expanded my outreach, and opened up real opportunities to scale. I now see business like a weapon powerful, but only when used with the right technique and on the right battlefield. I was also filled with gratitude and tremendous confidence after coming to this realization the business by it's very nature has a huge edge over others.

@Jessica Burgio I started focusing on targeting clients correctly. Learnings I encountered regarding clients. They fall into 4 quadrants. 1. Those who know they need AI + need assistance with getting AI to solve specific problems in their business. 2. Those who don't know they need AI + Have problems that could be solved with it. 3. Those that know they need AI + No clue what problem it can solve for them. 4. Those who know they need AI + Don't want it anywhere in their lives. I began to focus exclusively on category 1. There are enough posts online for AI services so I doubled down on that. It will become scalable predictable my foundation. Category 2 will mostly likely be the in-person clients, who I might take on, should company bandwidth and rates match with my company's expectation. This is my approach surgical, not wasted attention or effort.

Building. It's all about building. Building AI products, that some of my clients take to VCs for seed rounds to grow bigger. Building relationships with my clients. Building myself as a person reviewing contracts, understanding legal , IP protection. Building networks meeting new friends in AZE Inner circle. It's all about building and I love it. This is a video game with real rewards and I am in it to win it 🔥

@Haley Westfall Totally! The journey gets a lot more fun when you reframe reality through that archetype. It taps into familiar feelings from the past but now they're tied to building something real. Kind of Pavlovian, but in the best way possible. I was able to get deep insights and identify 3 possible areas where my company can operate and make guaranteed revenue every month now, only possible because the mind (subconscious / conscious) was in that video game mindset, every challenge was just another level to cross and solutions came easy.
🎤 What’s a topic you could talk about for 30 minutes with no prep?
This usually points to your zone of genius. What would you teach or share if you were handed the mic right now?

While designing algorithmic systems if there was a 50/50 chance to decide between benefits vs denials choose to err on the side of life, love and humanity and mercy. That is a righteous cause. Especially if your work in tech related to health, insurance etc.
