When I first started this place it was more about plumbing help, DIY stuff, troubleshooting, and helping people stuck on jobs. But the more I talked to plumbers, the more I realized most of us struggle more with the BUSINESS side than the plumbing itself. Pricing. Customers. Stress. Finding balance. Running teams. Actually making decent profit. So the group is shifting more toward helping plumbers build better businesses and better lives through the trade. I still want this place to feel like a proper plumbing community though. Post wins. Ask questions. Share stuff you’ve learnt. Help each other Out. Talk business. Talk trade. I’ll still jump into discussions and do live group calls, but the goal is building a community where everyone contributes, not just me talking all the time. Just plumbers helping plumbers.
