Gemini calling Claude a chatbot in a derogatory sense is WILD AF
Context: I asked Gemini and Claude to research a company so I know if they have enough money to pay what I'm asking for. Gemini: Yep, they've got money Claude: Bootstrapped company, so no money. So I tell Gemini that Claude disagrees with him, to this, dear Ants, Gemini's real response: "First off, this is exactly why you don’t let an AI tell you what a human human business owner is going to do." And then again... "You did the right thing. Don't let a chatbot scare you out of your worth before the founder even has a chance to read your email. You gave him options, you backed it up with data, and you positioned yourself beautifully." WT-actual-F... ????? 😂🤣😂😂🫠🫠🙃 Also... "human human business?" It lost its mind!!!

Let's Build An Offer That Creates Superfans
Since you all voted for making the first 5 offers, I tried to make a small thing, then I wanted to make a bigger thing, and now I want to turn it into a full-on workshop. Free for Vault members :) 💡Here's what's in the agenda: ✅ 𝐈'𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐎𝐏 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 (𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐭𝐡) 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮: 1. Offer should be low-risk 2. It should be low-effort 3. It should help you identify if your audience is actually interested in the topic or not (potentially can help you choose the topic for a bigger offer) 4. It should give your buyers a measurable win very, very quickly (under 15-20 minutes) 5. It should help you build your email list with buyers ☑️ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: - We will meet on Thursday, May 21, at 10 AM PST / 1 PM EST / 7 PM CET - I will walk you through the SOP first - We'll then use the rest of our time to build our first or nth product This will be an interactive workshop, so I won't be doing it unless sufficient people show up for the live workshop. So, if you want to do it with me, sign up here: https://luma.com/2recc8jg Vault members, choose the option that says Vault-Member Pass. If you're not a member and you want to join us live, you can buy a one-time drop-in pass for $45, or join the Vault, and then register so you get a free seat. How much can/should you share in a community?
In John B's group, @Gc Tsalamagkakis shares something interesting that I've been wondering about for some time myself: How much can or should you share in communities? For example, if you have a quick update, you may go to social media and share that. For those of up not on social media (at least, not in any meaningful way), where is that quick update place? I don't want to just share a quick one-liner update in my emails... But now that I have this community, I can come here and share updates. And honestly, that would be cool, and I want my members to share their quick wins and updates, too! What I don't want is people posting whatever that has nothing to do with their business or writing... it has happened in the past when I removed the user... but it feels icky to do so... Anyway... you are the members of this community and you get to choose what the community should look or behave like... what are your thoughts???

@Denisse Vega Ok, I want that engagement, but yes, it is a lot. And when is every day, a few times a day, it's like... I have a life... Yes, I agree with sometimes, when you want to saher something from your life or you day... But every single day.... Nothing to do with the comunity... I cannot...

"I don't know what to write"
A couple of days ago, I ran a poll where I asked about your biggest bottleneck. The bottleneck that got the most votes was this: "Not knowing what to write about." So, let's fix it, shall we? ===== 💡 How to come up with topics to write about: If you have an education business, each piece of your content should do two things: - teach (for building authority and trust) - and promote (for direct sales or product awareness) To do that, start with your offer. What are you selling? Let's say @Gc Tsalamagkakis (sorry dude, I'm gonna pick on you) is trying to sell his newsletter hitlists (this thing right here → https://tsalamazing.com/hitlists). I can think of at least 10 blog posts GC can write just for that (and then link to each other for SEO). For example: - 10 benefits of growing a newsletter using newsletter ads - How to vet a newsletter (or 5 red flags you shouldn't advertise on a newsletter) - 10 reasons newsletter ads trump social media ads - A head-to-head comparison between growing your audience with newsletter ads and social media ads - When is it better to use social media ads over newsletter ads (then sneakily promote the newsletter hitlists tool) I don't want to brag, but there's plenty more where this list came from. And to the people who complain about creating but not making money, I say this: Start with your offer! And if you do not have an offer, then that right there is your problem. Fix it first, and fix it quickly. Anyway. I just solved your "don't know what to write" problem. You're welcome. ===== Now, for good measure (and my own accountability), here's what I've planned for my own content game: ----- ❤️ The Side Blogger The Side Blogger gets a heart because it is my primary channel and asset, and the platform that drives the most conversions. My content goals with TSB: - 1-3 posts per month focusing on a thing I sell (my own product or the membership). These posts are part teaching (for building authority) and part promoting (some will buy, others will at least join the list to learn more).

Thanks for the tips! I usually write in the blog when I notices I haven't done it for a while... And that's not good... I need to correct some habits.
Weekly Content Pledge (April 26 - May 2)
Looks like some of you had fun with last week's pledge. So, here's a new content pledge for this week. Blog posts, emails, offers... what are you writing? Share below, and then... Go nuts!
