I’ve been in property for a few years now, and one thing I’ve learned is this, the biggest challenges aren’t always the strategy, it’s money, momentum, and trying to do it alone. I’ve been at the stage where deals stalled, confidence dipped, and progress felt slow even though the desire was there.
