Action Plan Offer physical help to someone today—carry something, clean up, help with chores, or assist someone who seems overwhelmed. Daily Prayer “Lord, help me stay aware spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Give me discernment and self-control. Help me notice people who may need kindness today.
