But the call to action remains: The urgency for each of us to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing is more critical now than ever. I find myself holding my breath alot. It is like I am waiting for the other shoe to drop. I breathe shallow and slow. I thought this was bad but then I watched Ari Whitten and he had some surprising things to say about deep breathing. My body feels at peace when I do the 5-5-5 breathing. I do The Bliss of Breath with Kristabel and I love the open mouth breathing journeys she leads. Very euphoric. I love the way breath is both an anchor and a ship you can use to rise above the waves.
