What’s up Im Warrick. Back in 2023 I started a mobile detailing business from the back of my Mazda 3 hatch. Completely self taught from YouTube on my own vehicles. In the beginning I offered broad services at bargain prices to learn the market and my customers, and gradually niched down into higher ticket services via learning new skills and making better offers. I priced higher and pivoted towards advertising higher ticket services by creating offers too good to say no to and soon I was earning more than $100 per hour doing chilled specialised work instead of back breaking labour.
