When you start preparing for a mortgage, vehicle, credit card, line of credit, or other financing, the lender may ask for documentation to verify your income. Depending on the type of financing and how your business is structured, that can include things like: ✨ Business and personal bank statements ✨ Tax returns ✨ Profit & loss statements ✨ Pay stubs/payroll records ✨ W-2s or 1099s ✨ Proof of consistent deposits and cash flow I want to show you how to start thinking like an APPROVAL-READY business owner instead of waiting until you apply to figure out what your paperwork should look like. Although I didn’t act as the realtor in this transaction this one still IS A WIN THAT HIT CLOSE. My client enrolled last year. We removed over 55K in debt. She got a new 2026 Bronco car 🚙 in March and CLOSED on her mortgage 🏠 last Friday . She received Downpayment payment Assistance of $12,000.
