I need help. I've found that I can't generate realistic skin texture images for certain types of pictures. Some of my images turn out fine—take the examples below: the first is my uploaded image, and the second is the generated one. However, the result is not ideal, and I’m not sure why. All my parameter settings are normal: I selected the Standard model, set Creativity to 0, and chose 4K output. Despite this, some details (like skin texture) just won’t generate properly. Could anyone take a look and help me fix this issue?

The website mentions that I receive 6,000 tokens per month, but I'm unclear about when my token cycle actually begins. Is my token cycle calculated from the date of my initial Pro purchase (November 9th) or from when I upgraded to Premium Annual (December 1st)? Additionally, there is another issue I need your assistance with: ten days ago, the high-definition image generation feature on your website had a bug. I attempted to generate six or seven images, but all attempts failed, yet the tokens used for these failed generations do not appear to have been refunded to my account.
