I have a collection on my credit that I need to go away for good how can I get the right assistance. I sent out dispute letters to all 3 bureaus and to the debt collector but they are still sayin I owe this debt.

Had apartment in my name but I moved out but gave them a notice but it wasn't a 60 day notice and they automatically renewed my lease and billed me a whole year which was 2022. I moved out in 2021 but they are saying I own an outstanding balance can someone help me get this collection gone off my credit for good it's been up there for a couple years now.
