Tips I use to build habits and make them stick ✨Start small - commit to taking a small action for just 2 minutes at a time. You will soon find it easier to do. ✨Stack your habits - link a new habit to something you already do. Listen to training when taking your daily walk. ✨Track Progress - use a checklist. When you tick something off you feel accomplished. ✨Block out time daily for your non-negotiables.
