I can get an iPhone 13, 128gb, battery 85% Listed at $225, I can probably get for $200 Is that a good deal?

How do I find direct buyers who purchase locked phones? Is there a difference between locked, iCloud locked and SIM locked?

I look forward to seeing people's wins, hopefully celebrating my own and getting and giving help to the community! My goals are to not WORRY constantly if I'll have enough for rent, utilities AND food each month or having to choose. (Seriously) I want to get these 3 things from the community: 1) Learn what to look for when buying a phone 2) support to help me have enough courage to lowball people and deduct money for this or that 😬 I'm already freaking out thinking about it 3) I want to actually learn enough so that I can return the favour and help others that need help
