I've noticed there's a certain type of customer. They purchase BookNova, write one book, and immediately hit 'refund' because they don't like the text. They don't explore the tool, don't change anything, don't edit anything, don't look at how the story bible, tone, and other parameters behave. They simply press one button and wait for a masterpiece! These are the same people whose META Ads don't work, whose Google Ads don't work, whose Instagram organic traffic doesn't work. Nothing works for them. Because they're incapable of diving deep into anything, of researching how it works, of figuring out what needs to be done to make it work. What am I trying to say with this? Simply that the real competition isn't nearly as massive as it seems. There's an enormous number of these 'I tried it once and it didn't work' types, but there are very, very, very few people who, day after day, hour after hour, grind relentlessly toward their goal - building their personal brand, refining their product, sharpening their knowledge, and ultimately achieving their big goal. P.S. Sounds cliché, but seeing how carelessly some customers treat AI tools - all of them, ChatGPT included - got me thinking.
