What Should I Build Next?
Friends, over the last few weeks I’ve been working pretty intensely on a series of courses for men who are going through difficult stages in relationships, whether they are trying to work through a crisis, leave a relationship in a healthy way, or rebuild themselves after a breakup. Now I want to understand what you would like me to work on next. There are a few directions I’m currently considering: Paid Public Speaking Turning what I do with speakers into a system: positioning, packaging, finding opportunities, getting on stages, and getting paid for speaking. Relationship Crisis for Women A similar course to the one I created for men, but built specifically around the situations and challenges women face. Media Expert How to package and position yourself as an expert so you can get invited to podcasts, interviews, panels, conferences, and other stages that build your visibility and authority. But these are just the ideas I have right now. I’m more interested in what you actually want. Which of these would be useful to you? Or maybe there is something completely different you would like me to turn into a course? Write it in the comments. I want to use this to decide what I build next.

You've already done the lecture about social capital (btw, it would be great to have it uploaded here), but I think that this topic is deep enough to learn more.
Speech Structure for Influence & Action — now in the Classroom
The next micro-course is live. You can now find it in the Classroom, fully packaged and ready to go. A practical system for building speeches that hold attention and drive action — for stage talks, sales presentations, lectures, and pitches: how to structure ideas, control sequence, stay sharp under pressure, and make your message land. What’s inside: - The full lecture video with key timestamps - A clear summary of the core mindset and rules - The full blueprint how to structure your speech Enjoy the training — and as you go through it, comment: what topic do you want next in the Classroom?

Interestingly, I found the story about the speaker who shared his vacation plans to the public very close to Claude C. Hopkins's example from his book. The real advertisement of clothing retail business: "We are bankrupt. We owe $125,000 more than we can pay. This announcement will bring our creditors down on our necks. But if you come and buy tomorrow we shall have the money to meet them. If not, we go to the wall. These are the prices we are quoting to meet the situation"
I’ve been quieter here than usual
Not because I stopped caring about this space. Not because I lost interest in teaching. I got pulled into a serious business scam situation and had to give a lot of my attention to cleaning it up, understanding what happened, and handling the consequences properly. That season took more from me than I expected. But I’m coming back to regular posting now. Slowly, steadily, and with intention. This community matters to me, and I want to get back to sharing useful, practical material here on a consistent basis. I also want to return to live sessions step by step, in a way that actually works for you. So tell me in the comments: What day would be best for live sessions? What time would be most convenient for you? I’d love to build the rhythm around real participation, not guesses. I’m also working on a few new content series for this community. Right now I’ve been sharing books, lessons and insights and I want to expand that with a few more thoughtful formats. Also, I recently started writing my book on Substack. I’ll leave the link here in case you want to follow that process too. Glad to be back here. Let’s rebuild the rhythm together.

Life pulls hard sometimes. Glad you found your way back to this. For live sessions this time works best for me: - Friday evenings after 6pm ET - Saturday mornings before 11am ET - Sunday afternoons after 3pm ET Basically the edges of the week, when there's actual space to show up present and not half-distracted by a to-do list. Looking forward to what you're building.

My name is Volodymyr. I live in the NYC metropolitan area. I run experimentation products in digital media — the essence of what I do is turning uncertainty into measurable outcomes through testing and systems thinking. My work supports large-scale experiments across brands like Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Men’s Health, and Esquire. Outside of work, I’m into long-distance running and travel, and passionate about entrepreneurship and phenomenal founders who build enduring companies. I also practice tea ceremonies as a way to slow down and focus on craft and precision. In this community, I’m looking for thoughtful builders who value depth, clarity, and long-term thinking. I can be useful by helping with experimentation strategy, product decision-making, and validating ideas quickly. A few fun facts about me: tea master, personally trained by a world champion in ballroom dancing, a former world championship participant in kickboxing, and I ran my first marathon — NYC — in 2025.
