I chanced upon a woman who bought a 14-bedroom school house, and remodelled the whole house on her own, and also recreated the garden. She learned all the skills in classes, rebuilt all her windows and did all of her roofing, and redesigned using really natural ways. Just thought I'd share. There was something so healing in watching her work. And I'm sure this was a work for healing for her, too. She bought the house a few days after her mother passed away.
