Hi guys, hope you are all doing well.🤗 So today was quite a hectic day.🙃 It started off well, but you know how one bad moment can get you down. I was asked to say something at an orientation event for a bunch of new employees at work. I failed spectacularly. I felt very anxious. I breathed shallowly and my voice started shaking as I spoke. I said what I wanted to and left as soon as I was done speaking. I really had to be gentle on myself and tried my utmost to look at the bright side and see what I have learned from that experience. Have you ever had a similar experience and how did you cope with it?
