Hi all! I'm Violante and I live on an inland in the Azores, Portugal. I work in a lab, creating amazing natural cosmetic formulas, and I'm taking my first (big) steps as a Naturopathic Doctor, owning up to my healer energy. It's been an amazing (and long) journey, for which I feel I'm now in a pivotal point. When I'm not in the clinic or the lab, I'll be working from home in a calm corner with a view to the ocean.

What 5 things are you truly grateful for about the space you are in? Let me know! For me 1. I am so grateful I have the ability to drink water and eat as much as I need to during the day. 2. I am thankful for the work space I have and the speedy internet access! 3. I am grateful that I can pause and walk around the room if needed 4. I am grateful I have reminders of my family when I need a little pick me up 5. I am grateful to share the space with my cat Sage who really diffuses the vibe here - she’s pretty cute when she snores

1. I am so grateful that the kids are engaged in their school+ activities and the start of the year jitter time is well past them (us). 2. I am so grateful to be able to work from home and take the time to make it a sacred space for the energy to flow. 3. I am so grateful to have guidance in this process of stopping to be a people-pleaser. 4. I am so grateful to be in connection with like-minded women who create amazing spaces where the opportunities arise. 5. I am so grateful to feel it's time to step into my healer shoes:) NOW :)
