🎯 100 Days of Focus
There are 100 days left in 2025! What if the way you spend them could rewrite your whole year? Clarity begins with focus. When everything feels urgent, nothing gets done. But when you choose one area to pour into, momentum builds. And in 100 days, that focus can create results that ripple far beyond this year. Think about it: 100 days is long enough to make real change, but short enough to stay intentional. It’s the perfect container for growth. You don’t need to fix everything. You don’t need a 10-step master plan. You only need to decide what matters most. So today, get clear. Which goal, habit, or area of your life will you commit to for the next 100 days? When you give your energy to one focus, distractions lose their grip and transformation takes root. 💬 Your Turn: What’s the one area you’re committing to focus on for the next 100 days? Share it below so your clarity may inspire someone else to claim theirs too.

I want to think about the words for a bit. Beautiful plan
🪞 Speak Into the Finish Line
The next 99 days will be shaped by the words you choose to repeat to yourself. Affirmations are more than motivational slogans. They’re mental instructions, reminders to your brain of who you are becoming. When spoken with consistency, they create the belief system that fuels your action. So here’s your challenge: create an affirmation that speaks to your December 31st self. Imagine it’s the last day of 2025, and you’ve shown up for your 100-day focus. How would that version of you describe herself? What words would she repeat with conviction? Maybe it’s, “I am the kind of woman who finishes what she starts.” Or, “I am strong, focused, and worthy of my goals.” Whatever your words, make them short, bold, and personal...something you can carry like a drumbeat into the year’s end. 💬 Your Turn: Share the affirmation you’ll repeat daily for the next 100 days. Your words might be exactly what someone else in this community needs to hear.

🪞 Affirmations: The Name Tag You Choose to Wear
Every day, you walk into the world wearing an invisible name tag. The question is: who wrote it? Sometimes, it’s our inner critic scribbling things like “Not enough” or “Too late.” Other times, it’s society handing us labels we never asked for. Or if you're anything like me, it's your mother or a teacher. But here’s the truth: you get to peel those off and write your own. That’s what affirmations do...they are the name tags of your identity. Not who you were yesterday, but who you’re becoming today. When you write them in the present tense, you’re telling your brain, “This is already true.” And your brain, like the loyal servant it is, will start looking for evidence to back it up. Here’s the secret: affirmations work best when you feel them. Don’t just say the words flatly — breathe life into them. Picture your future self already living the reality you’re affirming, and let that energy flood your voice. 💬 Your Turn: Finish this sentence in the comments: “Today, I am…” and share the feeling you choose to go with it.

By the way I absolutely LOVE love love this metaphorical sticker idea!!!!
Affirmation
An affirmation is a decision you make about who you are becoming. Think of it like a name tag at a conference. You can keep wearing the one someone slapped on you years ago...think "Not enough" or "Too late" or "Never ready." Or you can peel it off and write a new one that reflects who you choose to be today. The world will try to name you based on your past. YOU get to rename yourself based on your potential. And when you write your affirmations in the present tense, your brain accepts it has if it's already true. Now is the time to speak to yourself like you're worth rooting for! 💬 Your Turn: Write in the comments: "I am the kind of woman who..." Remember, this is a safe space, so open up and feel free to share with us who you are. We are here to celebrate and honor one another right where we are.

I’m the kind of woman who gets out of her car and goes to the coffee morning and networks with a bunch of stranger parents with total confidence (that was my morning)! After 10 years I decided on a new storyline and spent the hrs in meaningful chats with a bunch of stranger dads who want to zoom and learn more about my work Even two weeks ago my old paradigm wouldn’t have thought we could do that but yesterday I “decided” and today I stopped out as her. 🤩
