@Aiden Smith I haven’t been able to make it work using subcontractors. I’ve turned my garage into a makeshift shop (don’t get me wrong. It could be a lot better, but it does the job), I think I was asking because…honestly, I really thought it would be something that would be easily simplified and systemized using employee painters. I think I need to strengthen those systems before I do any hiring. I cannot find subs to do it and make good profit margins. But I kill it when I have the right employees, but employees carry heavy overhead, and I think I need a better culture set up, better HR on the back end(I just got my first workmen comp claim put against me), better training systems, etc..
