They run 1,000+ gas stations, and almost everything is still manual — minimal automation, and zero AI so far. Big opportunity, and I want to walk in asking the right things rather than pitching. Two things I'd love the community's take on: 1. What are one or two sharp discovery questions you'd ask to get them talking about their real bottlenecks? 2. One the biggest eye openers for me was talking to EVERYONE about what their thoughts on automation was. There’s a lot of people that don’t understand the value until you present!
