Hi My name is Vince. I consider myself an SEO expert and an online service-based business starter too. 6 years ago, I launched a business for a friend from scratch and scaled that business to $3M in revenue using SEO only (This guy is my main client right now). I’ve also built and sold a few local service based digital assets over the last 6 years. I would like to scale my business and generate more, but I can’t figure out how to go from the few clients I have to 10+; mainly because I find myself doing a bit of everything. I just recently left a financial institution where I worked for 10 years as a credit risk Analytics Consulting. I feel I can build amazing things, help others learn and make money too. I’ve done so many Wordpress sites and done a lot of GHL workflows and Automations. I would like to be very good at n8n automations well.y As you can see, I am lost on what I should focus on going forward, and I hope to get that in this group! Thx

I don't talk about this much publicly. But if we're going to build something real together, you deserve to know who I am beyond the Forbes list and the Y-Combinator badge. I want to get personal for a second. This is Zara. My daughter. She came into this world this February, 23 days early, and she spent over 50 days in the NICU fighting battles most people will never understand. My wife and I lived in that hospital. Sleepless nights. Not knowing what was wrong. Watching monitors. Accelerated heart rates. Desaturation events. Alarms going off at 3am. It was one of the scariest experiences of our lives. After a long journey, we finally found out she has a rare condition called Silver-Russell Syndrome. It affects her growth, her feeding, development, and more unforeseens that will unfold with time. The first few months of her life were filled with uncertainty, fear, and a lot of prayers. I'm not sharing this for sympathy. I'm sharing it because it changed everything for me. Before Zara, I was building because I wanted success. After Zara, I'm building because I have to. For her. For my wife. For the life I want to give them. 50+ days in the NICU taught me that tomorrow isn't promised. That the things we put off "until we're ready" might never happen if we keep waiting. That the best time to build the life you want is right now. She's home now. Growing. Fighting. Beating the odds. And every morning I wake up and see her face, I remember why none of this is optional for me. So when I say I want you to win, I mean it. Because I know what it feels like to need to win. Not for ego. Not for clout. Not for likes. Not for followers. For the people sitting at the table with you. For the ones who won't eat if you don't figure this out. For the people who believe in you even when you don't believe in yourself. For the ones counting on you to become who you said you'd be. What about you? What's your why? The real one. Not the surface-level answer. The one that keeps you up at night. The one that makes quitting impossible.
