Ever lose someone close to you?
Sometimes you have to experience pain to truly appreciate happiness. You have to know loneliness to recognise true companionship. You have to experience loss to understand the value of what you had. But grief isn’t something you need to rush through or turn into a lesson. Let yourself feel it. Let yourself have bad days. Sometimes, the hardest seasons teach us just how precious the good ones really are. I’m currently going through one of the saddest challenges of my life. My best friend, my closest companion, Bella, has a tumour. The possibility of losing her is absolutely crushing me. She has been such a huge part of my life, and the thought of a life without her is something I’m struggling to even imagine. 🐶💔

Listen to your INNER VOICE
Feeling confused? You are simply disconnected from your internal channel. In this video, we explore how to clear the mental static, distinguish the frantic voice of the ego from the quiet whisper of your intuition, and return to your natural state of flow.

The Illusion of Who You Think You Are
Much of what we believe about ourselves isn’t necessarily ours—it was shaped through conditioning, often beginning with our parents, family, culture, and early experiences. In this lesson, we’ll explore how these beliefs become part of our identity, how they create illusions about who we are, and why self-reflection is essential to separating who you truly are from who you learned to be.
