It’s for the person who has big ideas, all the talent, and drive, but struggles with consistency, prioritization, and actually finishing what they start. We focus on structure, accountability, and turning those ideas into measurable progress. Positioning the transformation in a way that feels clear and powerful without overcomplicating it. Co-working sessions, where we all work on our individual goals but help one another during the calls, are the biggest selling point. To help with the loneliness of being an entrepreneur who works from home all the time. I don’t struggle with belief in the product; lots of people have told me it's something they would love access to. I am struggling with distilling the message. Because what I am selling is an identity shift, strategic prioritization, and execution, not just accountability and coworking. And packaging that current challenge. Also need to figure out what the other offers will be, which course to launch with, which other session to offer, etc. Network with others who can do webinars and help my audience once I have one. So many things!!!! I am a complete overthinker! LOL
