@Joanne A i had a kick up the bum that I needed to get out of it. I lost everything a few years before, it got worse before it got better. I lost my children to my ex, then my job, all my income, then my car then finally my home. 18 months ago I turned it around. I have my children back. But everything else is still a work in progress. I guess I didn't know how bad the drinking/partying was at the time. I dont miss it now, reminds me of what if lost, also reminds me of how far I have come. We all have a little wobble from time to time and thats ok. Its a journey and its your journey xx

We’ve got a wellbeing day at work today, I’ve got three things booked in this morning, a health check, badminton and crazy golf ⛳️ then as a team we’re going for lunch and off to bowling 🎳 we’ve been told to do no work at all today 🥰🥰🥰 I hope everyone has a great day ❤️❤️❤️ xx
