Well I know my husbands plan is going to be to sleep in as long as possible because he just worked retail 7 days in a row. This is not nearly as bad as it used to be at other stores that were open every Sunday and had long mall hours . So grateful for that. We will have a slow morning drinking coffee and opening gifts from family and from each other. Last year was crazy because his whole family came and it was a surprise for him. I had to keep it a secret for months!!! Anyway we always go for a Christmas hike as well . Hopefully the weather permits. Yesterday I got rained out on my hike. Just sprinkles but wasn’t sure where that was going so I headed back home a bit early. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄

I think the emotional state I spend most of my time in is like a mixture of anticipation, hopeful, determined, excited, motivated, optimistic, positive, with a dash of frustration, anxiety, doubt, stress, and disappointment . It’s all one big emotion though all felt at once … I don’t know what to name it.
