If you wake up and go to practice (assuming you are doing the “adulting” thing) you should come and give your all. Try your best to become “one percent better”. Waking up early and not trying is annoying to see as a coach. It brings the whole vibe down. You can’t have both; easy practices and desire to get better. Agree? Who are you in practice?
