Hey everyone, I’d really appreciate some input especially from anyone working in the uk market 👋 I’m currently figuring out my pricing for AI-related services, and I want to make sure I’m not underpricing or overpricing for the market here. If you’re open to sharing: - What kind of AI services you offer - What you typically charge (even rough ranges is fine) - Whether clients have pushed back or accepted your pricing Also, if you’ve ever adjusted your prices over time, I’d love to know what influenced that. Love that you're thinking about this strategically asmost people just guess and undersell themselves. 👏 I'll share what I've seen work in the UK market: Your image pricing is actually solid. Product-only rates are competitive and the model/high-realism tier reflects the skill gap most people can't bridge yet, so don't be tempted to lower those. Where I'd watch your video pricing — UGC at £75–95 is on the lower end. If you're using AI avatars and handling scripting, you're delivering more than a creator filming on their phone. That positioning matters when you're justifying price. A few things that influence whether clients push back or don't: 1️⃣ How you frame it: "AI-generated" still triggers cheap assumptions for some buyers. Lead with the outcome first like "ad-ready content", "fast turnaround", "brand consistency " not just the tool. 2️⃣ Who you're selling to: E-comm brands and product businesses will pay your rates. Coaches and solo service providers will haggle. Know your client. 3️⃣ Your portfolio does the heavy lifting. If your work looks premium, your price gets accepted. If it looks amateur you'll fight for every penny. Your retainer structure is smart! Monthly commitments anchor clients and smooth your income. That's the right direction! Keep testing, keep the faith in your rates. 🙌
