So I’m reading the healing, worry and overthinking part of our class and there’s information there in the heading to support the spleen and stomach Meridian. Clockwise get things moving and counterclockwise slow things down so if you’re overthinking, you want to do the counterclockwise because you wanna slow things down for calm ,is that correct ?
🌿 What Is Really Happening in a Healing Session?

Every day, without your awareness: - Cells repair - Systems regulate - Imbalances correct Healing is not something we add to the body. It is something the body does naturally when it is able to. But when the system is overwhelmed by stress, emotional patterns, physical strain, or long-held tension, that natural process can become disrupted. The body doesn’t stop healing. It just loses efficiency, clarity, and flow. 🌿 What I Do🌿 My work is not about forcing change. It is about helping your system return to a state where change can happen naturally. Through structured practices like Pangu Shengong qigong, guided awareness, and hands-on support, I help bring the body back into coherence. 🌿 What Is Coherence? Coherence is a state where your system is working with itself, not against itself. - Your breath and body are in rhythm - Your nervous system is regulated - Your mind is not fighting your body - Your internal signals are clear and aligned In this state, the body becomes organized instead of chaotic. And when the system becomes organized, it can begin to correct what has been held out of place. 🌿 Why You Feel “Energy” Many people describe their experience as feeling energy: - Heat or tingling - Movement or flow - Pressure releasing - Emotional shifts These sensations are real. Rise and grow class 2
I wasn’t at last Monday’s class, so did the work between then and now listening to the recording at this moment . One of the questions was, “Does it feel like weakness or freedom in regards to forgiveness” . There was a part of me that doesn’t want to forgive. I felt if I did a part of me would be lost. I thought that was interesting because to forgive it feels like the last thing I have to give of self .
Wow! Sometimes The Wind Just Changes
I wanted to check in with ya'll. It has been one weird week and my brain has just been offline. If it were vacation, I would be sipping nice beverages by the pool or beach and relaxing. Instead, I spent hours staring at a wall. Totally incapacitated with brief moments in between, thank goodness. My brain turned on today. Yeah! Date Change for Ignite Your Joy
For those taking the 5 Pathways workshops or who are planning on taking the Ignite Your Joy workshop, there has been a date change. Instead of 3 Monday nights, it has been consolidated to Friday, Saturday, Sunday evening at 8 pm. one weekend in March. I would also be curious to know opinions on these days and times for future scheduling. Particularly weekends as the weather get better.
