If you write
Do you think simply sitting quietly and writing could change your life? I have been writing since the age of six, and it has been life saving for me. I know you might think that is a little dramatic, but there were times in my life that a pen and sticky note gave me an outlet to say what I was really feeling; to a boss, spouse, parent, and especially to God. When we write we subconsciously allow feelings and ideals that are waiting to be released to the world. I dare you to try it, 🫤don't be scared.🫣

I facilitate AWA Method writing workshops, I know for a fact that writing does exactly what @Alice Walker said. When we come to the page, it is the same as sitting with every part of yourself and getting honest. There something about actually put pen to paper and spelling each word, feeling, and action onto the page that is its own form of therapy and release. If I didn't have writing and crochet, I honestly don't know where I would be. Or who I would be. Great question.
