💡 New Free Tool for Knee Replacement Recovery! I’ve added a questionnaire to help you figure out whether your knee issues are coming from a functional deficit or arthrofibrosis. Why this matters: Many patients think persistent stiffness or limited motion is just “part of recovery,” but the cause can change how you should train, stretch, and rehab. ✅ Complete the questionnaire and once you’re done, let me know you completed it, I can break down your results so you know whether your challenges are functional deficits (muscle weakness, poor movement patterns) or arthrofibrosis (scar tissue and joint restriction). Take control of your recovery and get the right next steps for YOUR knee!

Hello David, Yes I have downloaded the walking information and have started using it. I am up to walking 12 minutes on flat ground for day 5 of week one. Slowly doing it as it has been quite hot and humid where I live. Thank you very much for the plan as it gives me goals to work towards. Vicci Hockley

Here’s what I’m about: I don’t do generic exercise sheets.I don’t tell you “this is as good as it gets.”And I don’t blame age for poor outcomes. I focus on:• Restoring real strength• Fixing movement compensations• Reducing chronic swelling• Improving mobility the right way• Getting you back to living confidently This group is for education, clarity, and accountability. Thank you for inviting my to join your group. I am nearly 4 months out. I am finding that the area behind the knee is tight and painful when I wake in the morning. I went back to aqua fit, cycling and dragon boating about 6 weeks ago. I am also battling with stairs.

I had my left knee replaced November 7th 2025 and stayed in hospital 3 nights before going to rehab for another 4 nights. I am super happy.
