We’ve added something new. You can now follow full sessions from wherever you are. Right now, we’ve added yoga, military-style training, warm-ups, mobility, and breathwork in the Classroom. Use them if you’re traveling, training from home, or can’t make it to a session that day. More sessions will be added daily, so keep an eye out. I’ve attached a picture so you can see how the courses are set up 🔥

This is from the last days of 2024, right before we crossed into 2025. I was grateful then, and I’m grateful now - not for comfort, but for the trials that shaped me into someone stronger and more honest. To everyone who walked with us, trained with us, supported us, and donated - thank you. You helped me build a new life and a new family here. I’ll share an updated 2025 reflection after my birthday (Jan 9).
