Hey guys! This is really just a question I'm looking for opinions on. I'm a brand new baby beginner wedding hairstylist , and my books for 2026 are pretty empty still.. don't worry we're staying positive over here lol. I'm also currently three months pregnant and am due may 25. My initl plan was to not take any weddings for the month of june and get back at it in july. However , inquiries and bookings have been so low and now i have a bride who wants to book and move forward with the deposit for the date of june 20.. If I take it , I have to put in a pregnancy clause which I already know.. but my question is , are there any stylists on here who have done a wedding so close to their due date ? What would be your advice on moving forward with this ? Should I just say im not available? Thanks for any input!

I recently started sending out my package and services guide to incoming inquiries and I yet to have anyone bite! I am transparent on my website that my packages start at $XXXX amount so people do know this when they inquire but I've sent out my guide to inquiries and then crickets. I have the inquiries coming in like hot cakes no problem, its the follow-up to get them on the phone to lock them in that I'm struggling with!
