Hi. I have tried to transfer credit to pay for the mbership for one of my teams affiliates as they are having Card payment and access problems..with the site due to some logistics. It keeps giving me an error. Invalid user and can only transfer funds to affiliates.. So not sure if I'm missing something. Is it best I transfer to my direct team member and they transfer to their joined affiliate. Apologies if not ideal question for this platform. Thank you
