I hear so many women say that they are looking for their Soul purpose in life so they can finally be happy. They are looking for what their mission is in life, why they are here and what they should be focusing their energy on to create in this world. They are in that freeze pattern, confused about next steps and waiting for a sign from something or someone outside of themselves to tell them who to be and what to do. I, too, was one of those women. I spent many years waiting to find out what I am supposed to be doing my life. I felt like once I knew that, then and only then would I be free of this pain and suffering roller coaster that had been my life for so long. It wasn't until I realized that I had been living my Soul purpose all my life that things shifted for me. By just being born into this world and choosing to stay here, just being me and continuing to shine my light to everyone and everything I had contact with was “FULLFILLING MY LIFE'S PURPOSE.” So it wasn't my Soul purpose I was seeking but to rediscover and remember who I truly am, find my joy and excitement again and follow it. To reconnect with my soul truth and live from there. Instead of living from a place of what was expected of me and who others wanted me to be. That is my “Calling” in life to do this for myself and I love helping others do the same. I don't have to do this alone and neither do you. Every woman carries within her an Inner Healer- a sacred intelligence that knows how to restore balance, release what no longer serves, and guide her back home to herself. This is the voice of the soul that whispers through the body, emotions, and intuition. The Inner Healer works from the inside out. It reminds you that healing isn’t something you chase, it’s something you allow. Yet when disconnected or ignored, the shadow of the Inner Healer emerges. In this space, we may look outside ourselves for saving, doubt our own intuition, or numb the body’s messages with distraction, perfectionism, or control. The shadow forgets that we already hold the medicine within. As you deepen that relationship and begin to embody your own healing, something beautiful awakens: the Healer Archetype. This is the collective energy that moves through you when your personal healing becomes a gift for others. The Healer Archetype expresses through compassion, presence, and sacred service but always from fullness, not depletion. In its shadow, the Healer Archetype overextends. She absorbs others’ pain, feels responsible for fixing or saving, and loses herself in others’ wounds. Her compassion becomes self-sacrifice, and she forgets that her true power lies not in rescuing, but in holding the light for others to remember their own healing. The Inner Healer is about remembering your own light. The Healer Archetype is about shining that light so others can remember theirs.
