I Tested Propwire VS Deal Machine Data You Won’t Believe This…
I tested out a list of 30k leads from Propwire and Deal machine- same filters. Both absentee vacant out of state (1 list) And listed over 90 days + expired listings Let me tell you… the lists were over 3 months outdated for both. There was properties on there that sold in March. If you guys don’t know the best place to get leads is directly from the county The issue is some counties have multiple steps to be able to get leads and you either have to copy paste or spend hours screenshotting and putting into chat gpt to get a list you can skiptrace Pulling leads daily on the other hand is a great strategy but if you start from today you may get 5-12 leads per day across all country sites. Good but will barely move the needle for months. So I’m coming up with a two prong way of attacking leads direct from the county both daily and going into the past and getting bulk data. Then all that’s left is organizing (AI) and skiptracing. I’m going to host a FREE class on this live in Skool. Phone Call Reluctance...
One thing nobody talks about enough in wholesaling is call reluctance. Not laziness. Not lack of knowledge. Just straight up avoiding the uncomfortable part. You’ll spend 4 hours:• organizing your CRM• watching videos• tweaking your website• “researching markets”• building automations …just to avoid making 20 calls. I’ve done it too. The crazy part is most people are only ONE conversation away from changing their entire financial situation. But the mind will do everything possible to protect you from:• rejection• awkwardness• sounding dumb• hearing “no”• feeling judged Here’s what helped me: 1. Stop treating calls like a performance! You are not trying to sound perfect. You’re trying to connect to someone who genuinley needs your help. 2. Detach from the outcome.Your job is not to force a deal. Your job is to JUST have conversations. 3. Realize sellers are just people.A lot of them are stressed, overwhelmed, behind and confused and have mainly people from other countries calling them. 4. Volume creates confidence.Confidence usually comes AFTER repetition, not before it. The wholesalers making the most money are usually not the smartest. They’re just the least emotionally attached to picking up the phone. Your first few hundred conversations are mainly about becoming someone who no longer hesitates. That’s the real game.! Get through 100 conversations & you'll change your financial future!

Knowing how to evaluate which areas to target so the property can be dispo’d quickly. Finding Buyers solid direct buyers who will follow through on the purchase. Affordable leads. Thank you @Tadi Tedemet
