How to Become Massively Confident In 3 Weeks(AlterReport#12)
If you ever tried to behave Confidently and your mind consistently stands in your way, your body refuses to listen to you and it feels like an uphill battle, its probably because you have this one problem. There is only one thing that decides how confidently you can behave. And it’s the level of safety your brain feels. Confidence isn’t about forcing yourself to act a certain way. It’s not about fake bravado or trying to “trick” your mind into believing you’re confident. The real reason confidence feels effortless for some and impossible for others comes down to how safe your subconscious mind feels in a given situation. Your subconscious is designed to protect you. If it perceives a situation as unsafe—whether socially, physically, or emotionally—it activates inhibition responses: - Racing thoughts - Tension in your body - Fear of judgment - Avoidance behaviors - Inner doubt looping in your head No matter how much you consciously try to be confident, your subconscious protection system will keep overriding your actions. This is why so many people struggle—because they are fighting against their own brain’s survival programming. If you want to rapidly install deep Safety into your Mind, comment the word "Confidence" below and I will send you the details.

The One Trick I Used To Work For 21 Hours In One Go (AlterReport#17)
This story is the reason I went from not being able to focus 20 minutes to working 21 hours Non-Stop... Needless to say, that 21 Hours isn't healthy and now I take breaks. My friend, sitting in front of a TV, completely absorbed in his PS5 for 6 uninterrupted hours. Took only two brief bathroom breaks during loading screens, quickly returning like he was magnetically drawn back to his chair. It was like he was glued to the screen. The world could collapse around him like a house of cards and he would still fixate at the screen like a Moth to a Flame. And yet... hours of effort later. What had he achieved? NOTHING Why did his subconscious allow him behave like this? I wondered: Why does our subconscious allow this intense focus on meaningless activities, but resists using this same hyper-focused energy towards critical tasks like work or studying? The answer lies in one word: Dopamine. Lesson: Your subconscious only wants to do things that produce Dopamine. His Reward System had been trained to feel good playing video games for two reasons. 1. Repetition: Anything repeated enough times NO MATTER HOW BORING will become an addiction 2. Emotion: Anything that feels good will make your subconscious want to repeat it again Once I realized this, I programmed my subconscious to make my Dopamine/ Reward System go off when I work. It was this one trick that took me from being unable to focus more than 20 minutes to be able to sit at the same place 21 hours... Non-Stop Work. 15 days of programming and I had turned myself into a Machine that didn't know when to stop. Imagine how fast you get the life you want just because you do what you are supposed to. That is the power of Directed Focus. If you want this level of Focus just comment the word "Machine" And I will take care of you #BECOMEALTERCONSCIOUS

Stop trying to Make Small Incremental Changes (AlterReport#5)
Majority of Self-Help is you being taught to make small incremental changes. The turning point of my life came when my brain asked me "How many more have to die before you truly start living?" Ill tell you more about what was happening in my life during this time. Becoming 1% better everyday. That in itself is obnoxiously stupid as a framework. Why? Simply because it doesn't exist or work in the human change model. Think back on your life for a moment. Any lasting permanent change likely came from experiencing extreme emotion and an extreme change in circumstances. You lost someone you loved. You moved to a brand new place. Everything around you changed. I will repeat it again "No Change Ever Worth Having Comes Slowly" It comes to you at speed. It cripples and overwhelms you at first then it becomes all you know. I started taking life seriously because 2 people I looked up to died in the span of a year. There was too much emotion. Like broken glass. You can never put glass back to the way it was after its broken. In other words, I just couldn't go back to the way life was. There was nothing to go back to. Life, from that point on, doesn't become 1% better everyday, it expands in strides and leaps. You get rapidly Hyperleaped into a new life. Your entire Identity shifts. The very essence of what it means to be you changes. This is what you want. A deep profound Identity Shift. Where your entire Perception of Life shifts. P.S I wrote a whole thing on IDENTITY SHIFTING if you are interested in the PDF, just comment IDENTITY below.
